Cole was chosen following a judging process with a strong field of candidates put forward by many well-known organisations -including some of the UK’s biggest FM service providers.
She will receive a bespoke professional development programme from the Worshipful Company and a cash bursary donated by Glennister Associates, the FM business consultancy.
Cole, who was nominated by BCS said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to have won this award. I really enjoy my job, but it’s lovely to get this recognition and I’m very much looking forward to attending the awards ceremony in the new year.”
