London-based cleaning and soft FM services provider, Julius Rutherfoord & Co has announced it has secured over £10 million in repeat business over the next five years.
The company puts its success down to its “award-winning teams”, which has seen key clients re-award contracts including the London Borough of Merton’s Children, Schools and Families premises, and The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple.
Julius Rutherfoord began cleaning Merton’s Children, Schools and Families premises in April 2009 following serious instances of Norovirus sweeping through schools. Since Julius Rutherfoord & Co came on board, Norovirus outbreaks have been effectively eradicated from the premises, with no outbreaks recorded for seven consecutive winters.
Meanwhile, The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple is an historic and prestigious 54,000m2 estate of Barristers Chambers, comprising 40 buildings and including gardens, library and church, all cleaned and maintained by Julius Rutherfoord since 2012.
Julius Rutherfoord & Co Operations Director Chris Parkes said: “It is evident that a major reason that our clients wish to re-sign with Julius Rutherfoord is, not just the consistent high quality cleaning outputs, but our high levels of personal service and of off-site management support. In fact, we still retain our first customer – London & Cambridge Properties, who we began servicing in 1990.”
