Seasoned real estate CFO joins Navana Property Group

Navana Property Group has appointed Edward Callaghan to the role of Chief Financial Officer as it expands across the residential and mixed-use sectors.

Callaghan, a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, has extensive experience in the property industry. He held the role of CFO for JLL Property and Asset Management UK for over three years. Prior to that he was Finance Director for Mitie Group Plc. Callaghan also has experience in the co-living sector and was most recently Group Finance Director at The Collective.

In his new role, Callaghan will be responsible for Navana’s core financial management and will play a central role in driving its ongoing growth.

Commenting on the new appointment, Kelly Bream, Chief Operating Officer at Navana Property Group, said: “Edward’s long-standing experience and understanding of diverse corporate structures make him well placed to advise our business as we grow our client base.  We are seeing real appetite from developers and asset owners for our technology and customer-led approach to property and place management, and it is great to have Edward onboard as we capitalise on these opportunities.”

Navana was appointed by Ghelamco last year to deliver design consultancy and management services for its first large-scale UK development called The Arc in East London. The business’ wider clients also include Regal London and EcoWorld London.
