Awarded by international business standards company BSI, the certification highlights an individual business’ ability to create a joint vision and objectives with its clients and to develop relationships and work effectively within its partnerships.

The certification was presented to 14forty as a result of its partnership with National Grid.

14forty has been the National Grid’s FM provider since 2009, providing soft facilities management services, delivering ground maintenance, catering, cleaning, security and hospitality. The contract was re-awarded to 14forty in December 2015 for a further  seven years, with 14forty adopting the role of FM integrator on behalf of the client.

Commenting on the certification, Mauro Ortelli, managing director for 14forty, said:

“This certification demonstrates the strength of the partnerships we have created through the hard work our teams put into continuously delivering exceptional services for our clients. Our partnership with National Grid is exemplary of the relationships we create and we will remain dedicated in providing outstanding services and working collaboratively with all of our clients.”

Meurig Williams, corporate property manager, at National Grid added:

“It is great to see that 14forty has been recognised with the BS 11000 Collaborative Partnership certification. 14forty started delivering soft facilities management services for National Grid in 2009 and since then our partnership has gone from strength to strength. We look forward to continuing and further developing this great partnership.”
