Jaguar Building Services have been appointed by Land Securities as MEBF provider for the prestigious Nova, Victoria development. Nova, Victoria is a mixed use scheme and will provide 897,000 sq ft of world-class office space, high quality apartments along with a cluster of inventive and exciting restaurants, eateries, bars and rotating food experiences. The architecturally striking development will create a vibrant new link between Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace, which in turn leads onto the Royal Parks.
Following an extensive evaluation process the Land Securities panel selected the Jaguar proposal based on service excellence, social responsibility and value for money.
In keeping with the project’s environmental sustainability goals the Nova, Victoria energy centre incorporates a CHP scheme capable of generating 3MW of electricity to supply Nova, Victoria and export to the grid, thus saving up to 6500 tons of carbon dioxide.
Paul Roberts, Jaguar’s Managing Director said: “we are delighted to be partnering with Land Securities on this most prestigious of developments. We will be doing all in our power to establish a best in class culture that puts the customer first.”
