Independent contract catering provider, Olive Catering Services, celebrated the end of 2018 with a listing in the Foodservice Growth Report for the fifth year running.
A decade of growth has seen Olive open over 20 new contracts and reach turnover in excess of £28 million.
The company ranked in 16th place in 2018’s AlixPartners Foodservice Growth Report and was commended for securing several high-profile contracts, with highlights including opening multiple staff restaurants at the commercial TV network, ITV, and providing workplace catering to the FA’s national football centre, St George’s Park.
Further investment has been created with the introduction of Olive’s own artisan coffee brand, Love Coffee, developed to meet the growing demand for quality café facilities in the workplace by serving hand-crafted beverages from sustainably sourced beans.
