ADEN to acquire OCS Vietnam

Pan-Asian facility management company, ADEN is to acquire the Vietnam subsidiary of international facility management company, OCS.

The acquisition will see ADEN enhance and strengthen its integrated facility services offering to key account customers in the Vietnam FM market.

OCS Vietnam is known as a leader in technical and hygiene services, catering to blue-chip clients in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. ADEN’s key offerings which include food service and security solutions in addition to maintenance, cleaning and integrated facility management will soon be made available to all clients of OCS in Vietnam.

Commenting on the acquisition, Joachim Poylo, Founder of the ADEN Group, said: “I am delighted that we have reached an agreement with OCS Group. Henri-Charles Claude, Managing Director, ADEN Vietnam, added: “This acquisition will immediately create a strong technical services platform with the appropriate size, strategic intersections, warranted capabilities and innovative concepts to effectively complement our integrated facility services position in Vietnam.”

ADEN has operations in more than 80 cities in China, as well as a wide-ranging global presence in South-East Asia, Central Asia and Africa.
