Boutique facilities management provider, Anabas has won a new three-year total facilities management contract with x+why, the UK’s first flexible co-working space.
Anabas provides FM support at the serviced offices in Whitechapel, London, and is responsible for performing hard and soft facilities management services including reactive and planned maintenance works, cleaning, reception and helpdesk support.
Anabas secured the contract based on its customer-focused approach along with its extensive experience in providing FM services to corporate office occupiers.
