Anabas wins FM deal at The Law Society

The corporate office FM specialist has won a three-year total facilities management contract with The Law Society, the independent professional body representing solicitors in England and Wales.

The new contract, which has been designed to deliver a truly integrated facilities management offering, sees Anabas self-delivering security, reception, helpdesk, M&E, cleaning, and account management to five sites in London, Birmingham, and Cardiff. The sites across England and Wales comprise 15,500 square metres and includes the iconic 1832, grade II* listed building in Chancery Lane.

Anabas was awarded the contract in recognition of its innovative approach to service delivery, its focus on customer service excellence and its commitment to the learning and development of its people.
