Anchor Group Services has renewed its security and cleaning contract at Belle Vale Shopping Centre in Liverpool.
Anchor has been providing cleaning services at the centre since April 2008 and security services since 2013.
This most recent contract renewal will see the partnership extend beyond 14 years, during which time, Anchor has overseen the transition and development of staff from traditional security and cleaning roles into customer services professionals. Most recently supporting The Centre Manager, Paul Wilson in the introduction of specialist Ambassadorial roles in areas such as Disability Awareness and Health and Safety, Anchor is now looking to expand environmental management and mental health first aid during this contract term.

Anchor now delivers security and cleaning services for Belle Vale Shopping Centre’s Managing Agent, Munroe K Asset Management, at eight shopping centres across the UK.
