The contract, which went live in October to 18 stores and four offices in the South West of England has been extended to include an additional 44 stores across a wider geography. As part of the multi-phased approach, Arcus will be charged with the delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, lighting and building fabric services, working alongside the retailer to achieve increased cost efficiencies.

The next phase of service delivery went live on 6 November 2017 and sees Arcus providing reactive maintenance services to approximately 30 per cent of The Range’s UK branch network of 146 stores.
