Arcus, which currently provides bespoke FM services to Sainsbury’s supermarket and convenience stores has further extended its service provision remit to include the delivery of building management, lighting and drainage FM services across the nationwide store’s portfolio.
The extension builds upon the existing FM contract which has seen Arcus work with Sainsbury’s since 2009, with its current contract in place until 2026, and follows the appointment of Arcus to provide FM services to Home Retail Group’s Argos and Habitat store network, following the Group’s multi billion pound acquisition by Sainsbury’s in early 2017, in a contract worth an annual value of £3 million to the facilities management provider.
