Building support services company, Arthur McKay has been awarded a two-year contract extension with Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS), an independent body which provides administrative support to the Scottish courts, to the judiciary of these courts, and to the Scottish tribunals.
The contract includes electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and fabric planned and reactive maintenance, 24/7 helpdesk and emergency service, projects and small works, cleaning, security, landscaping and grounds maintenance and energy management.
SCTS has a property portfolio made up of over 70 sites, of which 83 per cent are listed.
Since winning the total facilities management contract, Arthur McKay has delivered significant cost and energy savings, together with improvements in service delivery.
