Atalian Servest announces Incentive FM acquisition

In a strategic move to expand its core service offering, reinforcing sectors of focus, and adding further scale and experience, Atalian Servest has acquired Incentive FM Group.

Founded in 2002, independently owned Incentive FM Group specialises in FM, technical services (M&E), cleaning, security, front of house, consultancy, landscaping and waste management. The company has built an enviable reputation in FM service excellence and boasts an impressive client portfolio, with many long-standing and legacy relationships.

The transaction will also allow Atalian Servest to offer specialist consultancy and project management services to its customers, further complementing its existing range of self delivered services.

Daniel Dickson, CEO Atalian Servest UK & Ireland, commented: “The acquisition is part of our ambition to accelerate our growth trajectory within the UK & Ireland. We are looking forward to driving value and building strategic partnerships with Incentive FM’s clients, while offering a wider range of services to our existing client portfolio.”

Martin Reed, CEO of Incentive FM Group, along with the executive management and operational teams, will remain in the business to ensure continuity of service excellence and pre-existing relationships.

Reed commented: “We are looking forward to joining the Atalian Servest team and build on Incentive FM Group’s success of the last 20 years. Our vision has always been to have a workforce and clients who love working with us, and I know they are all in safe hands as we look to further develop our relationships with them.”

FMJ has teamed up with leading outsourced communication provider, Moneypenny, to host a webinar ‘Outsourcing to help win the race for talent’ on June 28th at 11am.

This webinar will look at how outsourcing is a cost-effective and highly relevant strategy to not only counter the race for talent, but to build greater agility, expertise, infrastructure and resource into business. In particular it will acknowledge the operational challenges facing FMs as the UK starts its return to the workplace.
