Two Axis Group companies have been formally accredited by the Living Wage Foundation for their support of the Living Wage and to further best practice in the industry.
The Group’s security arm, Axis Security which is committed to not only pay its head office staff the Living Wage but also promote the Living Wage to its clients is now a Recognised Service Provider. Whilst its front-of-house business, Acuity, has become a Living Wage Employer, having always paid its employees in excess of the Living Wage.

The Living Wage is a voluntary hourly rate set independently and updated annually, with the Living Wage calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK. The current UK Living Wage is £8.25 an hour and the current London Living Wage is £9.40 an hour.
