Wakefield based property services company, B38 Group, has appointed John Quirk as managing director of its facilities management (FM) business.
With 25 years’ industry experience, Quirk who joins B38 from Kier where he was head of operations, will be tasked with driving the overall operational and strategic partnership elements of the business.
The appointment comes on the back of continued growth with the group, supported by recent wins including over 30 national mechanical & electrical two year contracts for a mixture of medical centres and office blocks.

The company was started in Leeds by the founding partners, Tim Bailey and Richard Phillips in 2011, and has since developed into a multi-trade facilities and construction business employing over 60 full time staff.
The teams client base includes, Nationwide Building Society, AXA and the Volkswagen Group.
