Under the contract terms, the technology-enabled facilities management and property services provider will manage and deliver the helpdesk and all soft services including cleaning, security, mailroom, waste management and associated cleaning services.
Also as part of the contract, Bellrock is embedding its technology platform Concerto, which provides live data and management information. This will allow IHG to measure performance by site as well as create live dashboards, download reports and identify trends to make informed decisions for driving efficiencies.
