Bellrock secures place on CCS framework RM6232

Bellrock Property & Facilities Management has been awarded a place as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Facilities Management and Workplace Services Framework, RM6232, Total Facilities Management Lots 1a / 1b and Hard Facilities Management, Lots 2a / 2b.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Bellrock has significant experience in the public sector, from local authorities to central government, schools and healthcare facilities, to deliver facilities and workplace management solutions, which are underpinned by its technology platform Concerto. Bellrock’s solutions help to drive organisations towards a fully optimised estate that is proactive and predictive, using the latest technologies to make data-driven decisions.
