Bellrock’s Profile Consultancy extends client portfolio

Bellrock’s commercial service charge specialists, Profile Consultancy, has been awarded a number of new contracts with high profile brands in the retail and leisure sector.

Carluccio’s, Revolution Bars and Morrisons supermarkets occupy over 700 locations in some of the largest and most complex destinations in the UK. The contracts with Carluccio’s and Morrisons are extensions to existing relationships, whilst Revolutions Bars is a new contract for Profile.

Under the terms of the agreements, the service charge team will be responsible for delivering high level consultancy services, solving complex service charge problems, as well as managing insurances for over 180 properties.

Speaking about the new contract awards, David Smith, CEO, Bellrock Group said: “We are delighted to have reached agreement with these three significant clients for Profile Consultancy. Bellrock Group’s support of the retail sector now extends to over 7,000 sites across the UK delivering a broad range of management services from service charge to compliance management and supply chain performance.”
