Bennett Hay wins contract at British Land’s Storey Club

Bennett Hay has won a contract with British Land to help shape, manage and innovate the food, service and guest experience at its new Storey Club.

Situated at Paddington Central, Storey Club offers its customers a 10,000 sq ft design led club space comprising a lounge area and intimate event spaces for meetings and campus gatherings. Bennett Hay will deliver the three year multi-million-pound contract including a bar lounge, café, conferencing and events. 

The London-based bespoke hospitality services company, and Storey Club will add to British Land’s Storey campus offer of delivering workspace on traditional or flexible leases in mixed use environments; service levels will be relaxed yet professional, creating a place that feels like home to members and their guests.

As a long-term service partner to British Land, Bennett Hay will help enhance the guest experience, drawing on the influences of latest trends for casual premiumisation and artisan suppliers. The Club’s menus focus on craft producers from the local supply chain and cater to a broad range of dietary and cultural requirements.

An all-day dining menu and coffee bar is on offer throughout working hours along with specialist menus for conferences & events. Nutritious, performance-focused and sustainable food is the order of the day and have been overseen by Bennett Hay’s dedicated nutritionist Kate Law.

The Storey Club concept will be rolled out across British Land’s other campuses over the next 12-24 months.
