Broadgate Estates has contracted Ultimate Security Services to provide manned guarding services at two of its developments – More London and London Bridge City.
The three-year deal which is worth £4 million per annum, and has a two-year extension, will see Ultimate Security consolidate manned guarding operations at the two sites, which includes the Mayor of London building.
Both facilities are currently serviced by two different contractors, so a key driver in the tender specification was to consolidate manned guarding operations and appoint a service partner with the capability to create and develop a strong, one-team ethos, whilst delivering unrivaled and innovative risk management.
Mark Chapman, estate director at Broadgate Estates, said:
“Ultimate’s submission demonstrated a complete understanding of the objective set out in the specification. Ultimate Security Services has a proven track record in consolidating contracts with multiple service providers whilst aligning organisational, cultural and business objectives, which is why they were selected for this prestigious contract.”
Steve Hall, chief executive at Ultimate Security Services, commented:
“We are delighted to been appointed by Broadgate Estates following a comprehensive procurement process. We’ve been able to approach the contract with some innovative ideas to embed a culture of service excellence, whilst being adaptable to our client’s future needs.”
