BSRIA will be staging its Compliance in FM – Update Networks event in London on October 2, which addresses the importance of legislation compliance when managing a building.
With the responsible person having to ensure compliance is recorded and visible to business leaders, the event will offer advice on how to engage with business leaders about compliance, saving both time and money as well as provide an update on information regarding legionella risk management and energy regulation.
The final presentation will lead into a workshop to help delegates understand how compliance is being successfully tracked and demonstrated to business leaders in a large FM service provider organisation across multiple contracts and work through how that might be presented in their own organisations.
Tracey Tilbry, networks & events manager, BSRIA, said:
“A business cannot afford – both in time, money and the health of staff – to run the risk of a legionella outbreak through company negligence. This event will help businesses against such threat. Energy regulation is also a major concern right now; carelessness can also be very costly to business. Company directors cannot afford to bury their heads in the sand.
“Above all, this event is a fantastic opportunity to network and share best practice with fellow industry leaders.”
