Office fit out specialist BW: Workplace Experts has announced the promotion of Helen Lowe to the senior position of Business Development Director. Lowe has vast experience in the workplace sector, initially as an interior designer for six years before moving across to a business development role at BW. Helen will continue to lead client relationships, as well as proposing and developing new strategic partnerships.
In line with its commitment to equal opportunities, 60 per cent of BW heads of department are female and working alongside organisations that specialise in underrepresented groups, as BW reaffirms its commitment to attracting a diverse workforce.
Helen is also part of the Estates Gazette’s Future Female Leaders programme, where having completed the scheme in 2019, she will continue to support it as one of the ‘empowering voices,’ designed to connect young women with those currently in positions of power throughout the industry to help develop the next generation.
As part of her new role, Helen will be broadening her reach in the public speaking circuit having already spoken at the Future Workplaces Summit in Berlin in 2019
