A new facilities management (FM) industry event has been announced for 2014. The concept – a ball with a difference – a fun, black tie evening in London, which will raise funds for a chosen charity, but without the usual affiliation to any industry trade bodies, media organisations or sponsors.
The FM Industry Ball 2014, promoted as “by the industry, for the industry” is designed to arrange the coming together of organisations with their staff, partners and clients from within the industry, and will benefit this event’s chosen charity, which for 2014 is Macmillan Cancer Support.
The committee for the 2014 event is made up of the following individuals who represent a cross section of the industry – Jeremy Waud (Incentive FM Group), David Sharp (Workplace Law), John Ellis (Friedman FM), Simon Jacobs (ISS), Nick Atherton (Morphose). Additional members to the committee may be invited from time to time.
