Cleaning and building maintenance business, CAM Specialist Support, has been accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation.
The company’s commitment to the Living Wage will now see all its employees receive a a minimum hourly wage of £7.85, which is significantly higher than the national minimum wage of £6.50.
CAM Specialist Support Managing Director, Matt Johnson, commented:
“Paying a wage that people can actually live on is absolutely the right thing to do morally and financially. Our employees are people not commodities. We want to attract and retain quality staff and so reward them accordingly. As a London based company, we pay the Living Wage of at least £9.15 per hour in London.”
