CBRE awarded TFM contract at 200 Gray’s Inn Road

Global real estate advisor CBRE has been appointed by Great Portland Estates to provide a total FM contract for 200 Gray’s Inn Road.

200 Gray’s Inn Road was originally designed and built for ITN by world renowned architects Foster & Partners. The building comprises of 291,600 sq feet, providing high quality offices and TV studios for well-known international occupiers from the leisure and media industries.

Under the terms of the contract, the CBRE team will provide around the clock cover to facilitate a complete facilities maintenance programme, including mechanical and electrical maintenance support across the building.

Commenting on the contract award, Craig Bristow, Business Unit Director CBRE GWS said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by Great Portland Estates plc to maintain this prestigious building. We have worked with the company for the last three years and already maintain a portfolio of its buildings, including contracts with 240 Blackfriars Road, SE1, City Place House and City Tower, Basinghall, EC1. The teams at these sites have worked hard to align our service delivery to fulfil the client’s business goals. This has enabled us to be the perfect fit to provide another bespoke package at a unique critical location.”
