CBRE bolsters strategic consultancy offer with key appointment

CBRE has appointed Jonathan Moseley from EY LLP to lead its Strategic Advisory consulting services for investor clients.

Reporting to Head of Strategic Advisory, Amanda Clack, Moseley will be responsible for delivering strategic consultancy advice on major projects utilising CBRE’s wide-ranging advisory, consultancy and transactional expertise in all market sectors and geographies.

Moseley is an infrastructure sector specialist with 28 years’ experience. Advising private and public sector clients at senior and Board level, he has advised on a range of complex multi-billion schemes and transactions of national significance including for the Airports Commission and the Thames Tideway Tunnel. Prior to EY, he was a senior Director in the KPMG Corporate Finance Infrastructure team.

Speaking about the appointment, Clack, said: “As a leading expert in his field and with a proven and extensive track record, Jonathan is ideally positioned to develop our strategic consultancy proposition for investors and to deliver enhanced real estate outcomes aligned with their business goals.”

Last month, prop tech consultant Nick Wright joined CBRE’s Strategic Advisory team from KPMG to work with investor clients to identify opportunities for bespoke innovation and tech solutions and coordinate in-depth occupier intelligence and insights.
