Charman joins CBRE from The Crown Estate where she was Head of Customer Experience, responsible for leading the development and delivery of the company-wide customer strategy across all portfolios.
Charman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business, and in her new role, will be working closely with clients to develop and improve the overall customer experience strategy. Helping to identify current and future needs to acquire, convert and retain occupiers at properties managed by CBRE.
