Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has been reappointed to provide facilities management for the Royal Hospital Chelsea, home of the iconic Chelsea Pensioners, who are all retired soldiers of the British Army and provides care and comradeship to over 300 veterans.
Under the terms of the five-year contract, CBRE will provide hard FM to include fabric maintenance and a helpdesk, as well as refurbishment projects within the grade one listed building environment.

The contract comes with the option to extend for a further two years.
