CBRE wins new property management deal with M&G Real Estate

The global real estate advisor has been reappointed to provide UK property management services for M&G Real Estate

The M&G Real Estate portfolio consists of 606 assets across office, mixed use, retail and industrial totalling over 67 million sq ft with an asset value of over £20 billion.

Under the terms of the contract which commenced on 1 May 2021, CBRE will provide a suite of core management services, including facilities and accounting solutions, as well as some bespoke value add services.

Richard Davies, Head of Property Portfolio Management at M&G Real Estate said that a “full market review and competitive tender process was completed” and the instruction was awarded to CBRE.

David Fogarty, Executive Managing Director of CBRE Property Management UK commented: “Having worked with M&G since 2011, we are thrilled to be continuing our partnership with them under a new contract, with a refreshed delivery model to drive their portfolio forward.
