CBRE wins global IFM services deal with Vestas

Global energy business, Vestas, has chosen CBRE Group to deliver integrated facilities management (IFM) services across its worldwide property portfolio of offices, production hubs and warehouses, which cover approximately one million sq m in 17 countries.

As part of the master service agreement CBRE will become an extension of the Vestas global team providing a range of IFM services including mechanical engineering, and special projects, across its sites. Regionally this covers Vestas’ real estate in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. In Europe, this comprises the Nordics, UK & Ireland, CEE, Belgium, France, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Founded in 1945, Vestas is headquartered in Denmark and is dedicated to providing effective energy solutions for its customers. Central to this, is its core business – the development, manufacturing, maintenance and installation of wind power plants globally.

Commenting on the contract, Guy Holden, President, Enterprise Accounts, GWS EMEA, at CBRE said:
