Churchill Group’s environmental compliance division, Churchill Environmental, has landed a four-year contract, worth more than £280,000 with the University of Bath to provide water sampling and analysis for compliance throughout its estate.
The agreement will see Churchill Environmental deliver a full suite of water hygiene and legionella control compliance tasks across approximately 60 buildings, incorporating a mixture of educational and residential buildings at the University.
Spencer Culley, Managing Director of Churchill Environmental, commented: “We are very excited to be working with the University and this win is testament to our continued growth in the higher education sector. We are looking forward to working with the university’s team to deliver a high-quality and fully compliant service.”
David Hoare, M&E Compliance Manager from the University of Bath, added: “Following a rigorous procurement process, Churchill Environmental stood as an ideal supplier for managing our site’s water systems. We have a multi-use estate and the team demonstrated its ability to be flexible enough to adapt to our ever-changing environment.”
Churchill Environmental will use its technology platform to integrate with the University’s electronic compliance and asset management system, to provide automated, up-to-the minute data and progress reports.
