Cloudfm has won a three-year contract to manage planned and reactive maintenance for high street brand, Monsoon Accessorize.
The Queen’s Award-winning facilities management company will be working together with Monsoon Accessorize to maintain its 230 stores across the UK and Ireland. Cloudfm will use its advanced systems and multi-skilled engineers to improve service quality, cost control and compliance.
Paul Thomas, Retail Director at Monsoon Accessorize, said: “We are really excited to be working with the team at Cloudfm for all our maintenance works across our retail estate. We are particularly looking forward to using Cloudfm’s digital dashboard to allow us a clear view of all the activity in our store estate.”
