Co-op appoints Arcus for TFM deal

Facilities management firm, Arcus, has won a five-year contract with the Co-op to deliver a total facilities management (TFM) service at 13 of its distribution centres.

The deal will see Arcus provide a TFM service to the food retailer, including both maintenance and cleaning services across the UK.

The announcement is a further addition to the company’s existing facilities management contract which has seen Arcus work with the Co-op, to provide refrigeration maintenance service in the South East region since 2017.

Speaking about the contract award, Mark Taylor, Operations Director for Arcus said: “We’ve worked with the Co-op since 2017 and over the last two years we’ve established a strong relationship, delivering refrigeration maintenance services across 515 of its store stores, in the South East of England.

“This is a fantastic achievement for us as a company and elevates our depot delivery beyond our current single client offering.”
