The contract will extend the previous three-year agreement for hard services and M&E provision across the engineering and development consultancy’s national portfolio of 34 buildings.
The appointment marks further growth for Wates FM’s private sector portfolio, which recently saw the business secure major contracts with Brooks Macdonald and Harbottle & Lewis LLP.
James Gregg, Managing Director of Wates FM, commented: “I am extremely proud of the momentum Wates FM is achieving with a strong order book of diverse clients, each with individual needs being met by our exceptional teams.
“Securing all new work is time to take stock of our success, to acknowledge the standards of service we provide and this is never more the case than when we secure a contract renewal. The work delivered on behalf of Mott MacDonald to-date has enhanced the company’s nationwide operations and we look forward to building on this fantastic work in the coming years.”
Wates FM currently manages over 350 commercial properties, delivering services including statutory compliance, cleaning, security, catering, porterage, front-of-house, help desks and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), as well as mechanical and electrical and building fabric maintenance through a mix of site based and mobile teams.
