Air conditioning specialist Coolair Equipment has secured a contract worth more than £300,000 to install an air conditioning system with heat recovery that will simultaneously heat and cool different areas of the building forming the new apex of Gloucester Business Park at Brockworth as required.
The commission from M&E building services contractor Spie UK is aimed at creating a three-storey, 75,000 sq ft building that is both visually exciting and technologically advanced, with a plaza entrance and asymmetric fenestration and the highest standards of comfort for its occupants.
Coolair Equipment will start work on site this month (November) with completion scheduled for early 2020.
Ben Snookes, Coolair Equipment Project Engineer, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by Spie UK, with whom we have developed a highly successful relationship, to bring the latest comfort cooling technology to such an exciting new office landmark.”
