Cordant Services has completed its integration into Bidvest Noonan, with the combined business now moving forward under the Bidvest Noonan banner.
Bidvest Noonan a leading provider for services such as security, cleaning and front of house, has significantly expanded its footprint in the UK and Ireland in recent years. In 2021, the group identified Cordant Services as a highly compatible business, with both businesses operating in the same market segments, offering a similar range of services and taking client-centric approaches to solution design and service delivery. In May of this year, Cordant Services joined Bidvest Noonan, creating a united business with market leadership positions in cleaning, security and support services across the UK and Ireland.
During the past six months, leadership and operations teams on both sides have come together to integrate Cordant Services into Bidvest Noonan which is now complete.
