Daniel Clifford, chef patron of the two-Michelin starred Midsummer House, Cambridge, and Seasoned Events, the event caterers have secured a listing at The Bloomsbury Ballroom, London.
The Bloomsbury is an historic 1920’s art deco venue situated in Victoria House, Bloomsbury Square. It accommodates numerous corporate and private events including weddings, parties and Bar Mitzvahs.
The “Exclusively” brand was launched at Blenheim Palace last December, when Daniel Clifford and the Seasoned Events teamed up for the joint venture after working together on a number of prestigious events and private weddings.
The concept takes the celebrity chef dining experience to a new level, by not only having Clifford involved in the creation of the menu and cooking the food, but also having him interacting and discussing the food with the guests at the event.
Terry Pullen, CEO of The Bloomsbury Ballroom, said:
“We are extremely busy with high-end corporate events and wedding enquiries. Having the relationship with Daniel through Seasoned Events allows us to offer an elevated culinary experience to our corporate clients and engaged couples.”
“We’ve worked on a number of weddings and private events; this partnership just seemed the next logical step in working together and marks a key milestone in the development of how I work with my team.”
Colin Sayers, managing director for Seasoned Events, said:
“Having Daniel involved with our wedding events brings another dimension to our sister company, The Perfect Wedding Company, which will offer engaged couples a Michelin starred experience.”
The Crown Group has recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of its relationship with Clifford who plays a key role as creative director within the group for both Kudos and Seasoned Events.
