Double win for ISS at equality and inclusion awards

The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) has presented ISS UK & Ireland with the awards for ‘Employer of the Year Private Sector’ and ‘Inclusive Culture Private Sector’.

The enei is the UK’s leading employer network covering equality and inclusion in the workplace, and its annual awards recognise achievements in developing a truly inclusive organisational culture.

ISS UK & Ireland employs over 40,000 people from more than 166 different countries. With such a diverse workforce, the company says inclusion is integral to its business success. ISS Denmark has previously conducted research that showed a clear impact of diversity on the bottom line.
