Macro has announced the appointment of Dr Rachel Dick to its UK based Facilities Management (FM) consultancy team.
Prior to that, she has worked with Bernard Williams Associates, EC Harris LLP and IBM Global Business Services. Providing strategy and transformation consultancy and developing asset management practices, Dick is accustomed to increasing overall performance of estates while reducing costs.
Dick has also provided expert advice to a range of clients including the National Health Service (NHS), Ministry of Defence (MoD), British Airways (BA) and Thames Water. Her focus on best practice asset management has included predictive maintenance analytics, whole life costing, lifecycle analysis and profiling, data reference architecture benchmarking and resilience modelling.
Dick’s strategic FM advisory experience is underpinned by an impressive array of accreditations including a PhD in Civil Engineering and a fellowship with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
