DWP seeking service provider

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has begun its search for an independent services provider to look after its estates. The contract is set to be worth up to £20m annually and could be extended for a further seven years.

DWP said they were looking for “supply chain integrator services” to oversee its help desk functions, information and reporting system and several other functions.

Agreements for property, FM and similar contracts must be in place before April 1st 2018, when their current deal, the Private Sector Resource Initiative for the Management of the Estate expires.
