EDF Energy Services, a joint venture between EDF Energy and Dalkia, has announced its acquisition of engineering services company and provider of technical services, Imtech UK and Ireland from private equity firm, Endless LLP.

Imtech employs more than 2,100 people, generating revenues of over £400 million per year delivering mechanical and electrical engineering services, technical operation and management of facilities through Imtech Inviron, and the integration of digital control solutions.
