EMCOR UK has landed a multi-million pound contract with the University of Oxford for the provision of hard FM services to medical research buildings of the University estate which currently covers thirty buildings, spanning 100,000 m2.
Under the contract terms EMCOR UK will deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance at the university, as well as helpdesk services and specialist supply chain monitoring on a diverse range of plant, equipment and systems.
To complement the university and city’s ongoing Low Carbon City mission and sustainable transport objectives, EMCOR UK produced a sustainable programme that aims to invest in the most environmentally efficient ways to commute. Specifically, EMCOR UK will provide a fleet of eco efficient vehicles to move specialist engineers around the various sites.

The contract with the University of Oxford is for a period of five years with the potential of a two year extension.
