EMCOR UK has been awarded a two-year facilities management contract by Japan Tobacco International to work at approximately 22,000 sites located throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland and off-shore locations.
EMCOR UK has worked with Japan Tobacco International (JTI) since 2002.
The scope of service for this new contract includes planned and reactive maintenance of retail equipment. Work will cover electrical repairs, repair of electric motors and lighting, electrical test and inspection, shutter and lock repairs, shelving repairs, retail display ban solutions (to cover new tobacco legislative requirements), cleaning, upgrades, and project work.
