Water utilities company, Severn Trent, has awarded EMCOR UK with a three-year deal to provide total facilities management services across its UK property portfolio.
EMCOR UK will be responsible for providing all of Severn Trent’s 450 UK sites, including office and operational facilities with total facilities management, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, and manned guarding. Additional scope of work includes waste disposal, cleaning, reception services, totally refreshed catering, and a new flexible payment system.
EMCOR UK will also use innovative, market leading processes and technology tools to enable accurate capture, analysis and presentation of data on workforce, asset, and operational performance.

The contract commenced January 2017, and is the third water utilities company contract awarded to the facilities management provider in the last three years.
