Just four weeks remain for wannabe winners to submit their applications for the British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards.
The BCO National Awards sets the standard for excellence across the office sector in the UK, and judges look for projects that have gone above and beyond without compromising on time or budget.
Entrants will be judged by a regional panel of judges in the Spring, with each local winner going on to compete for the National title in October, which attracts over 1,300 property professionals on the evening.
Projects can be entered into the following categories:
- Commercial Workplace
- Corporate Workplace
- Refurbished/ Recycled Workplace
- Fit Out of Workplace
- Projects up to 1,500
The BCO regional judging panels also have the power to award an Innovation prize, to projects that have gone above and beyond to provide truly unique solutions for their clients’ sustainability, wellbeing or technology challenges. Winners for this category are nominated by the judging panel from any of the above categories.
Richard Kauntze, BCO Chief Executive, commented: “The BCO is committed to celebrating first-class talent and the National Awards programme is built to do just that. Each year, the standard of our nominees rises and I anticipate 2020 will be no different. I look forward to seeing what we as an industry can achieve when we put our best foot forward.”
Projects for the 2020 Awards must have been completed between January 2016 and 1st November 2019.
Entries for the BCO’s Awards programme close at 5pm on Friday 29th November.
