Part of the Compass Group UK and Ireland, workplace foodservice experts Eurest, will next week (14May), be hosting a “Workplaces of the Future‘ webcast, bringing together industry experts to discuss what workplaces will be like for both customers and organisations in the future.
The panel will comprise: Dr. Nicola Millard, psychologist and futurologist with 21 years of experience at BT; Luke Connoley, Unwork research programme leader and advisor to those looking to implement new ways of working at their workplaces; and Andy Barry, managing director of Eurest, who brings wide industry experience and first-hand knowledge of a changing workforce to the discussion.
Collectively, the industry experts will debate and predict the future of workplaces and offer practical advice on how to best leverage current resources and technology to create a more productive and efficient workforce, as well as offering hints and tips about how to prepare for the future. Throughout the hour-long webcast, viewers will also have the opportunity to join in the discussion using Eurest social media channels and the hastag #Eurestwebcast.
Andy Barry, managing director of Eurest commened:
“The workplace is undoubtedly changing and as an industry leader in workplace catering, it is vital that we understand this evolution and create solutions that meet the changing needs of our customers and clients. The webcast panel brings a wealth of experience and insight into technology, trends and the modern workforce, and I’m sure that it will be a fascinating discussion.”
This is the second webcast Eurest has held on key industry topics, and follows an insightful webcast discussion on ‘Workplace Wellness’.
Following this latest webcast, which will start at 1pm on 14 May, a white paper on the future of workplaces will be published, which will incorporate some of the main findings and predictions of the discussion.
