This autumn will see the BIFM Academy commence its first wave of training courses which will be made available to FM professionals both face-to-face and online.
The British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) released the dates as it nears the end of its long standing training agreement with Quadrilect in September 2017.
The courses on offer are for those in the FM sector looking to fill skills gaps identified throughout any stage in their career.
Linda Hausmanis, CEO at BIFM commented: “The enhancement of training being delivered by the BIFM Academy will not only provide a variety of flexible options for individual FM professionals looking to increase their arsenal of skills, but will also provide both online and tailored in-house courses for businesses so that those at strategic management levels can provide training for their teams without the cost or logistical issues of sending whole teams to distant training locations.
“BIFM has a long history of developing the industry’s most rigorous FM professional standards, in consultation with employers and the industry, to define the skills required and to ensure quality working practices and progress the facilities management profession. The courses delivered by the BIFM Academy are no exception.”
