Dan Stratton has joined total facilities management provider Bilfinger HSG Facility Management as regional operations manager.
In his new role, Stratton will be responsible for Bilfinger’s mobile operation in London in addition to its single biggest mechanical & electrical (M&E) contract at Mace Macro, which brings 12 sites to the portfolio.
Andrew Hulbert, associate director of Bilfinger HSG Facility Management, said:
“We employed Dan because we recognised his enormous potential. He displayed a genuine can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and develop which was backed up with impressive experience in data centre management and M&E services, as well as extensive experience around contract mobilisation which is vital to service delivery of contracts. We are moulding him into a technical director of the future, which includes putting him through the BIFM Level 4 qualification.”
Stratton joins Bilfinger from Jaguar Building Services where he was working in the contract mobilisation team. Prior to that he worked as a site manager for Jaguar. He has also worked with Kier, Carillion and Norland.
“I am thrilled to have joined an organisation that places trust and responsibility in its staff and supports their learning and development. I feel very settled here and looking forward to the future with Bilfinger.”
