Graham wins council water hygiene contracts

Graham FM has been awarded two compliance services contracts with Derry City and Strabane District Council and Ards and North Down Borough Council.

The Derry City and Strabane District Council award for the provision of Legionella Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Legionella Risk Assessments (LRAs), associated remedial actions and sampling works is Graham’s third consecutive contract and covers a three-year term.

Graham will deliver the services across 120 council properties, consisting of leisure facilities, landmark listed buildings, community centres, office space and public conveniences. Graham will also continue to provide the council with all of its Legionella control related training requirements.

The Ards and North Down Borough Council contract, covering a period of one-year with a possible two-year extension, is a new partnership that will see Graham manage and monitor Legionella across 85 council buildings.

Commenting on the latest contract awards, Martin Gillespie, Graham Operations Director, said: “These high-profile contracts strengthen our water hygiene portfolio in Northern Ireland and reflect our growing reputation for delivering best in class compliance services. We are already servicing Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and the addition of two further contracts with major councils is testament to the expertise that we offer.”
